Sound familiar?

You're not seeing or feeling your desired results.

You have a hard time to structure your training so that you feel or make meaningful progress to your physical qualities to help your BJJ.
You feel like you're in the exact same place you were six months ago. Same weight on the bar, same gas tank, frustrated over the same problems.
You've never followed a program for longer than few weeks without starting over because of lack of consistency.
You add weight to the bar every session without any real system to progress and eventually plateau completely.
Why it hasn't worked yet

You don't need more training,
you need better structure.

General programs aren't for grapplers.
You don't lift to get better at lifting, you lift to get better at grappling. Some days you push, some days you pull back the program needs to respond to what's actually happening in your training instead of following a spreadsheet that has no idea what your week looks like.
Trying to develop everything at once develops little to nothing.
Training needs a direction that's why what you do one week should directly build on last week and set up the week after. Each phase has a purpose and that purpose connects to the next one.
Doing the work is not enough. If a system for improving over time is missing.
Do too much and you can't recover, do the same thing every week and your body stops responding. Without a system that creates the right stimulus, manages the load, and builds in recovery. Both produce the same result, no progress.
Random sessions don't build grapplers.
Random sessions are the opposite of what structure builds, and they also ignore what your body actually needs. With structured 1:1 Coaching on the other hand you get a individual program which will not only move the needle, it will hold you accountable to do so.

MY 1:1 COACHING

 Consistent quality exposure to load
over time, that's the foundation.

Strength is a product of consistent quality exposure to load, not occasionally maximal efforts.

Your BJJ/Grappling comes first.
By managing load across the full plan with smart training methods.

I help you accumulate more quality training and productive sessions over time. Without the constant fatigue that stalls progress and causes injury.
Every training phase connects to the next.
Each session I program prepares your body for the next. Strength is a product of consistent quality exposure to load. Not occasionally maximal efforts. Most grapplers get this backwards and it's why they keep plateauing, getting injured, and starting over.
Coaching that turns your effort into the physical edge.
Hard work is the entry point, my coaching is what makes it count. Six months from now you won't be in the same place you started. You'll be significantly further ahead with a physical edge that shows up when you step on the mat.

Make the next 6 months count.

My injuries have improved a lot since joining the program which is amazing. I also feel a lot more strength in my lower body which has helped both my guard and wrestle ups. 1:1 Coaching has made my body not hurtin as much and being able to keep a high volume of jiu jitsu while getting stronger simultaneously.

I feel we had a very good training cycle leading up to the competition and in the last hard sparring sessions I felt on point, cardio and strength. Flying out today and fighting on Saturday. Thanks for doing a great job again, can't wait to show a strong performance.

The START

When I started BJJ I got completely consumed by it. High frequency, training as much as possible, progressing fast. But it took a serious toll on my body, especially shoulders, knees, the joints that grappling hammers every session. So I had already put enormous strain on my joints through the sport. Adding too much load on top of that without managing it properly was a fast route to getting sidelined.

The Shift

The moment things shifted was when I started paying attention to what the best in other grappling sports like wrestling and judo was doing. They always implemented smart load management, structured sessions with progression, recovery built into the plan. I used what I learned competing at international level to improve my result and win big tournaments and continue to do so.

Where I Am Now

Today I work as a PT at the academy where I train in Stockholm and coach grapplers in person and online daily, it's all I do and I've done for years. The grapplers I work with are training under the system I built. I practice what I preach, every single day.

I have never felt in such good shape going into a competition. I became stronger, had better endurance in scrambles, and felt just as strong, if not stronger than the people I competed against. After my first match I barely felt tired. I felt like I could easily have gone another 7-8 matches.

Anna

Started this week by doing some testing of my 1RM in deadlift. Went up to 3 reps on 90kg, setting a new PB and reaching an estimated 1RM of 100kg, getting extremely close to the goal of 2x bodyweight in deadlift. Celebrated the achievement with some evening sparring.
Thanks for the support.

I felt strong and sharp going into this competition, compared to my last big one.
The biggest change from the 12-week camp was having better focus on the main priorities. With the guidance I had, it was easier to stay on track with the follow-ups, and I could work on keeping my technique clean as well as stacking some weight in my main lifts.

Physically, my grips felt stronger, I had more power and overall felt much sharper.

Questions

Have any questions?

Do I need to be a competitor to join?
No. Most grapplers I work with train seriously but don't compete every weekend. If you train BJJ regularly and want to get stronger, more explosive and harder to beat, this is for you.
How does the programming fit around my BJJ training?
The program is built around your mat time, not the other way around.
When you fill out the onboarding form you share your full training week and I build everything around it.
Which plan should I choose?
If you're not sure, start with the 3 month plan. It gives you enough time to start feeling results, people who commit to 3 months usually don't want to stop. If you're ready to go all in, the 6 month plan is the best value and gives your body enough time to make serious structural strength and body composition changes.
How quickly will I feel a difference?
I have to be honest, I can't predict a specific time frame but clients can start feeling changes within 6 weeks. However strength and body composition adaptations that are meaningful build over a longer period of time. From my coaching experience around 20 weeks/4-5 months of consistent work are long enough to build real results.
What equipment do I need?
If you're gym-based, you'll have everything you need a barbell, a rack, and some plates and free weights covers most of it. My coaching is often built around compound movements. If you're training at home with limited kit, share that in onboarding and the program accounts for it.
How much time does the gym work take each week?
2-3 sessions per week, typically 45-75 minutes each. But remember it's fully individual, this is just the typical time range.
What if it doesn't work for me?
You have 30 days. If you don't feel like this is working, email me and I'll refund you in full.
How is this different from a generic program I can find online?
A generic program doesn't know your BJJ schedule, your injury history, or your specific weaknesses. This is built around you and adjusted as you progress.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The monthly plan has no contract. Cancel anytime. The 3-month and 6-month plans are a commitment but still comes with the 30-day guarantee. If the first month isn't working, you're covered.
